Platform rotation speed, acceleration and deceleration are controlled by a frequency inverter; this guarantees that the turntable always stops in correct position regardless of the load weight and ensures it is always aligned with the infeed and outfeed conveyors, assuring correct pallet supply and unloading. This soft start and soft stop also helps with wrapping unstable loads.

The film is prepared during the normal wrapping cycle so that the machine stop time to place the top is reduced to a minimum. Production capacity is slightly. The unit is supplied with its own support structure so it can be easily installed on wrapping lines as part of the wrapping cycle or as a stand alone unit.
